Pending!!!!!

Well we have been waiting and hoping and the day has finally arrived. We signed and accepted an offer on our house today. It is a very good offer, so we feel we are not only on the path to sell the house, but also feel we are getting what the house is worth. This was the last thing holding us back from really being successful on our new adventure, so you can imagine how relieved we feel.

We of course now have to go through the inspection process, so we are not calling ourselves sold, but we are optimistic that it will go smoothly. Just thought we would let you all know. Cliff
