Best Friends

Yes, they do fight, but in general, our kids love to play together. They are definitely each other's best friend at this age. I hope they alway stay close.


And, of course, they LOVE to be silly together!!

Life is moving pretty quickly here. Cliff is knocking things off his to-do list at a good pace now; his biggest "to-do" left is his doctoral dissertation defense next week. I am working my tail off between my hours at the Y, starting to pack and keeping the house running. The kids are busy tagging along with me to the Y and taking gymnastics for one last session before the move. In the midst of all of this, we are trying to find moments to enjoy Lincoln for a little longer. Just this week, we went to our final Jazz in June concert, we will visit the International Quilt Museum (literally kitty-corner across the street from our back door) and we will head to Omaha for a day at the Henry Doorly Zoo. Also, last weekend we enjoyed our last camping trip with our good friends/camping buddies from Sioux City before our move. We had a great weekend at Mahoney State Park despite a deluge of rain while we slept the first night. And today....it's HOT!! I guess this is preparation for what we have in store arriving in Georgia in late July! At least we'll have ceiling fans once again to help our poor A/C out!
