While walking the festival, the kids enjoyed all of the bear sculptures around town:

The kids chose the calmest, slowest ride at the festival (the caterpillar train), but they loved every second of it!

The giant inflatable slide was fun too!

And who can resist running in Grandma & Grandpa's sprinkler??

Sundays are our true at-home, lazy, relaxing awesome days....just what a Sunday should be. By Sunday nights, there are toys littered all over our house, the signs of a good day of play. Of course, a lot of silliness ensues from these long days playing together.
Playing cowboys. They don't have real cowboy hats, but a bucket hat with devil horns on top will do, right? And I think the stethoscope really adds to the ensemble.
So, both kids were straddling a pastel colored, fuzzy boa, wearing their not-quite-cowboy hats, galloping, and yelling "giddy up, giddy up." You have to hand it to them when it comes to their imagination!
In other news....Laura lost her first tooth a couple of weeks ago:
