Crazy Christmas Music, Sports and Fun Photos

We have a local radio station, like most areas, that went to all Christmas music weeks ago already. I didn't really listen to it until after Thanksgiving, but have had it on a lot now. But today I heard possibly the goofiest pop Christmas tune. Has anyone heard the Village People do their Christmas medley to the tune of their regular hits?? It started with "Santa, Santa Claus" (as in "Macho, Macho Man") and went into "N-O-E-L" (you guessed it.."YMCA"). Truly bizarre. Of course, they left me hanging with no spoof on "In the Navy"--what a letdown ;-) This just proves that not everyone needs to make a Christmas album....

Now that college football is winding down (with BCS games to look forward to for Ohio State and UC), we can get to the 'real sport' in our house---college basketball!!! In particular, we are awaiting "The Game" this Saturday night--of course that is the annual UC-Xavier game. Chiding each other over this rivalry was a bedrock of our early relationship, so we love this tradition. Looking forward to a good game--both teams are starting out very strong. My sister even hooked us up with a couple of cans of Skyline Chili since we can't get any here--thanks!

In the theme of sports, here is a great shot of Laura this evening wearing her teddy bear's bandana (a gift from Bill, Brenda, Alyssa & Ross, of course!):
And just for fun, here is a shot with my little buddy:
