Well a happy solstice day to you all! The Winter Solstice occurred today at 12:04pm, a true reason to celebrate. The reason? Well for those of us in snow country we must celebrate the fact that the days are now going to get longer, not shorter and that we now begin our journey back to spring and summer. Since we set a record here for December snow fall, this is a true reason to celebrate. I hope you all enjoy the shortest day of the year and look forward to sunnier days ahead.
